0Hi Pau
1.-...
Centos doesn't have support for IGEPv2, you can try Fedora or Ubuntu.
I have installed ubuntu successfully, but we prefered Centos since is our standard. Any information on Fedora install?
2.-...
Which type of relay do you want to control?
NC/NO outputs relay, 5V 12V or 24V (We can choose), 2Ampers or even less.

IGEPv2 board is pretty similar to Beagleboard XM, follow the next steps from fedora project web page to install rootfs:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Architectures/ARM/F17/Installation#BeagleBoard-xM
Once you install rootfs, you need to compile and install igep-x-loader and kernel:

NC/NO outputs relay, 5V 12V or 24V (We can choose), 2Ampers or even less.
IGEP BERLIN there is an example to control 5V DC relays with OMAP3 GPIOs. See the attached figure
Cheers!
